This is a pretty interesting listen. I love Anthony Bourdain. I also just finished reading Jonathan Safran Foer’s book, Eating Animals. I miss eating meat every day, but after reading JSF’s book I don’t think I could possibly ever go back to eating it unless it came from a family farm.
Love Anthony Bourdain or hate him, he does make some good points as a chef...

This morning there was a blog in the Huffington Post “Christianity” section about a revival that is happening in North Carolina. The blog explained that the “festival leaders hope to establish the premier venue for 20-somethings who love God but aren’t thrilled with institutional Christianity, particularly the religious right.”
